About JOY Health
The makings of JOY Health started after my own treatment and frustrations with gaps in the Western medical system.
Over time I developed multiple physical ailments, pain and chronic illness, as well as suffering from emotional issues stemming from childhood trauma.
In short, I was physically, emotionally and spiritually spent, completely lost and unsure of where to find guidance.
After years of treatment through the western medical system, with little hope left and my symptoms worsening, I ended up seeking out alternative medical services.
I found a Naturopath that assisted with diet and lifestyle changes, almost immediately improving my physical condition.
I was treated by a homeopath who completely turned around my emotional turmoil with the use of remedies to process old traumas and balance my emotions safely and effectively.
I also started to see a counsellor who taught me about life perspective and how to take charge of my own mind and behaviours, and how to challenge the old patterns of thinking to create the life I wanted for myself.
The name Joy has a special place in my heart, not only for the high vibrational, powerful word that it is, Joy was my grandmother’s name, it is my mother’s middle name, my sister’s middle name, and now my daughter’s middle name.

I often use a combination of natural medicines together to increase your healing capacity. You will feel empowered, lighter and confident to manage your own health.
